Pan fried medallions of prok fillet with a calvados cream sauce served with herb mashed potato

Grilled fillet steak topped with chicken liver pate, sat on a toasted crouton, finished with madiera sauce and lyonnaise potatoes

Lemon sole paupiette with a prawn and salmon mousse garnished with lobster bisque and new potatoes
